I think the part came from Canada...not sure. Anyhow, when I sent an email asking where my part was, after one week, they responded immediately and said it would be here the next day. And presto, it appeared. The video on how to do the repair was very helpful. I did it with a handy friend of mine, who I needed, but if you're handy, you can do it. Their aftermarket bottom bracket works well and taking the peloton apart showed me a lot about maintenance. I recommend wiping the sweat off the belt guard every time you ride. This will prolong the life of your bike. Salty sweat corrodes the parts in there and you can see the damage on the visible screws. So wipe it dry with a damp fresh water towel to minimize the salt and moisture.
